About 100,000 people were evacuated in the Philippines, due to a strong Typhoon Fung-Wong.
The Japanese Meteorological Agency said wind gusts of up to 230 kilometres an hour are expected East of Luzon.
The typhoon is expected to move to Aurora Province by late Sunday afternoon, bringing along at least 200mm of rain.
Just two days ago, over 180 people were killed by storm Kalmaegi, in both the Philippines and Vietnam.
