Another man was arrested with a digger loader in Bapong.
The 51-year-old man, is the 11th, to be arrested in the town of Bapong, near Brits, in the North West.
Last week police arrested ten illegal miners and seized ten other excavators.
The ten attempted to dig up valuable resources found in the town, such as platinum.
The land under the Bapo ba Mogale, has been a source of dispute for years, tossing communities and mining companies on different sides of the fence.
