The Aviation Authority of South Africa (ACSA) confirmed a fire occurred on the landside of the Cape Town airport on Tuesday.

Although the fire was contained, certain network and IT services, were affected.

In addition, the Airport temporarily suspended, both incoming and outgoing international flights.
