Motorists are urged to drive with caution, on the M4 to Settlers Highway, in Gqeberha.
These are some of the roads affected by Tuesday evening’s localized flooding, in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro.
The City’s Sthembiso Soyaya, said “the on-ramp poses a serious risk to motorists, particularly low-clearance vehicles such as sedans.”
While the Infrastructure & Engineering Department as well as Traffic Services is still to intervene, He urged motorists to avoid the affected on-ramp where possible, or use alternative routes.
“Do not attempt to drive through deep or fast-moving water” he said.
