Water quality, around the country, as well as wastewater management and municipal performance, are contained in the 2026 Green Drop Report.
Pemmy Majodina, Minister of Water and Sanitation and deputy ministers (David Mahlobo and Sello Seithlolo) will release the very latest results, alongside updates on the Blue Drop (tap water quality) and No Drop programmes.
The Department said these reports provide a clear, evidence-based snapshot of how municipalities are delivering on safe, reliable water and sanitation, highlighting top performers, exposing challenges and driving accountability across the sector.
