Several systems in Johannesburg are supplying daily, and one is critically low.
Johannesburg Water (JW) said on Sunday, the Deep South, Midrand and Central systems were supplying fairly, while the Commando, was at 18%.
Systems supplying adequately are the Soweto, Sandton, Randburg and Roodepoort.
JW also cautioned against a video that went viral showing a water tanker drawing from a river.
JW said water tankers are filled at its various points, which are fitted with metering systems to monitor and verify volumes supplied.
Furthermore, JW said the truck is not part of its appointed contractors.
