A fire broke out at the Paarl Hospital, on Tuesday midday.
Emergency services are on site.
This, as fire teams are battling a fire in the same district, which is also part of the Cape Winelands.
The Municipality, CapeNature and the Winelands Fire Protection Association (FPA), confirmed resources have gone towards extinguishing the fire, in dangerous Banghoek Valley.
Ground teams and aerial resources from Leading Edge, are at the fire line.
