On Friday, the 17th October, Nomsa Mbere, a corporate and commercial lawyer and Bruce Dickinson, Partners at Webber and Wentzel, will be speaking at a Webinar on critical minerals and the Green economy.
Mbere has significant experience advising clients in the mining and resources sector. Her practice focuses on corporate structuring, M&A transactions, and the sale and acquisition of prospecting and mining rights.
Dickinson is an internationally renowned speaker who has graced conferences and seminars in South Africa, Australia, Canada and Zimbabwe.
He is regularly approached for comment on the mining industry by various business and industry publications and has published a number of articles. He is also a trustee of several trusts.
He is an admitted attorney in South Africa and an admitted solicitor in England and Wales. He is also a member of both the Law Society of South Africa and the Law Society of England and Wales.
