More than $10 billion will be invested in Africa’s energy projects including oil, natural gas, and renewables.
This emerged at the Invest In African Energy Forum, held from the 13–14 May, in Paris.
Multiple projects of interest to investors that are “investment ready” include oil production in Nigeria, hydroelectric plants in Ethiopia and solar farms in Kenya.
These were showcased at the Forum, and are set to boost the continent’s energy landscape, and economic growth.
