One person was killed by a tornado in Adams County while two were injured in Franklin County, part of Mississippi, on Wednesday.
Some 500 homes were destroyed by it.
But authorities (the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency) confirmed the presence of several tornadoes, which rip through the central and western parts of Mississippi.
17 people were injured, as a result.
The most damage was reported in Bogue Chitto, where a trailer park was severely damaged.
In another area- the Lamar County, 275 damaged homes, were destroyed by a storm.
