A total of 60 households in Nkomazi in Mpumalanga, were left without shelter following heavy rains accompanied by winds over the weekend.
The Nkomazi Local Municipality, said a number of houses have been badly damaged by the thunderstorm this week t in Masibekela and Sibange.
The Munialao said its Disaster Management team is on the ground to assist affected families .
