A structural collapse on a construction site, on the R102 near King Shaka Airport, left 7 people injured on Saturday.
Two people were left hanging from the roof, while another five people were injured.
IPSS Medical Rescue, IPSS S&R and various other services responded to the incident.
They were airlifted to hospital.
Arrive Alive, said a cherry picker and a rope system, were used to rescue stranded patients, whilst awaiting paramedics.
Both patients were transported to hospital in a serious condition, under the care of IPSS Medical Rescue Advanced Life Support Paramedics.
