There are a total of 1,176 confirmed cases of the Ebola outbreak.
There were about 306 deaths reported in three countries- in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Uganda, and France.
The DRC accounts for the largest number of cases.
The Bundibugyo virus is driving the increase in cases.
Cases were reported at 34 health zones in three provinces (Ituri, North Kivu and South Kivu).
Ituri accounts for the largest number of cases and deaths, followed by North Kivu (98 cases, 53 deaths) and South Kivu (3 cases, 1 death).
There were 20 confirmed cases in Uganda, including two deaths (CFR 10%, 2/20), 15 recoveries, and three hospitalisations.
One case of a healthcare worker was reported in France, on the 24th of June.
