Some residents receiving water from the Crown Gardens system, took to the streets again on Thursday evening.
The residents want water restored to taps, after a five day absence.
Taps first went dry on Friday and returned on Monday for one day.
Taps have been dry since Tuesday.
Protesters cordoned off Xavier and Crownwood Roads and blocked the road with tyres and debris.
