Animal welfare (SPCA)inspectors have asked residents and visitors to avoid Sir Lowry’s Pass Road, in Gordon’s Bay.
This is while inspectors currently on-site, are working at non-intrusive ways of redirecting an Elephant Seal out of the residential area, back to sea.
This is after the seal was found going through a residential area on Tuesday morning.
The seal was spotted in Sir Lowry’s Pass Road, in Gordon’s Bay, by residents flipping about.
The NSPCA said “sometimes, nature comes right to our doorstep — may we always respond with compassion, care, and curiosity.”
