The Centre on African Philanthropy and Social Investment (CAPSI) at Wits University has launched a Pan-African Youth Competition valued at $32K.

Professor Bhekinkosi Moyo, Director of CAPSI Africa, said there is a prize to be won by African youth who can do something cool.

Youth-led teams and organisations (18–35 years) are invited to create innovative outputs that make research findings on dignified and fulfilling work more engaging and accessible to young audiences across the continent.

About US$32 000,  per team, will be awarded to four winning proposals, from Southern Africa, East Africa, North Africa, and West Africa.

Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed and asked to present samples of their proposed work. Applications may be submitted in English, French, Portuguese, or Arabic.
