Four vehicles were damaged, including two buses, one truck and one light motor vehicles, on Saturday.
This is after a fire broke out at 19 Westmead Avenue in Bonela, which threatened properties, businesses, and vehicles along the N2 corridor.
The City of eThekwini said firefighters were dispatched at approximately 09h55.
They found the fire had spread beyond the cliff edge and into premises used for the parking and repair of trucks and buses.
Although it took three Rapid Pumpers, one Water Carrier and Command Vehicle 09, to contain the fire, no fatalities or injuries were reported.
