Although rain is expected to gradually decrease in parts of Australia, more showers and thunderstorms are forecast across southern parts of the state in the coming days.
Many places are flooded, including the Condamine River (downstream of Warwick).
The Bureau of Meteorology, said there is moderate flooding on the Mary, Weir, Warrego Rivers, and the Warrill Creek.
Flooding is also at many southern and south-east Queensland catchments.
This follows heavy rains this week.
