The US Department of War released footage of a strike in northeast Nigeria, on the 26th December 2025.
Donald Trump, President of the US, said the strikes were over Christian genocide.
The People’s Democratic Part (PDP) said Nigerians were notified of the strike, but said it is concerned about international cooperation in the fight against high crimes.
Ini Ememobong, the Publicity Secretary of the PDP, said in a statement, of the gravest concern, is the communication structure, where foreign powers break the news of security operations in the country, before the government does.
