The Lesotho Highlands Development Project has invited tertiary institutions to name the newly completed Senqu River bridge.
The bridge is scheduled to be opened, to coincide with the 40th anniversary of the Lesotho Highlands Project.
The bridge is the longest in Lesotho, at 825 metres long.
Institutions have until Saturday, the 21st of February 2025, to come up with a fitting Sesotho name.
