About 16 people died and 5 are missing, following floods across Vietnam’s Khan Hoa, Gia Lai and Dak Lak, this week.
43,000 homes were destroyed as well as 10,000 hectares of farmland.
Major routes are also blocked including National Highways, and schools are temporarily closed due to inclement weather.
Rivers are also overflowing, including Ba and Cai.
Elsewhere in Western Australia, Cyclone Fina is expected to land, as a Category 1 or 2 storm.
