About 37 people died on Monday, when a boat capsized at Lake Kariba, in Zimbabwe.
Some 27 who were passengers on the boat, are still missing.
Another 77 passengers were rescued by Matusadonha rescue teams from ferry Mbuya Nehanda.
C. Chitiyo, Director of Local Government Services (L.G.S) for Mashonaland West Province, said in a statement, the boat has a capacity of 90 passengers, but it seems about 114 adult passengers were onboard on the day of the incident plus 5 crew members and a number of young children.
“The sub aqua unit has been airlifted to conduct search and rescue operations on the scene of the accident” said Chitiyo.
