A protest organised by the All Truck Drivers Forum and Allied South Africa (ATDFASA) is expected to get underway on Saturday.
Drivers plan to block the N2 and N3 in KwaZulu-Natal, in a bid to garner an intervention from Government.
They are protesting the hiring of undocumented foreigners in the sector and want unemployment declared a national state of emergency.
Looting of shops considered to belong to undocumented foreigners, is also underway in Escourt, part of KZN.
