Communities living in fire-prone areas are encouraged to check and update their fire safety plan and follow advice from emergency services.
This is after a fire broke out in the Burnett region in Queensland, on Tuesday.
The Bureau of Meteorology in Australia said an emergency warning was issued for the Teelah fire, north of Blackbutt and south-east of Kingaroy in Queensland.
The Bureau also said the weather conditions surrounding this fire were not unusual.
There were at least 60 fires across Tasmania, Western Australia and New South Wales earlier this week.
