Another cold front is heading to the South-Western part of the Western Cape, from Wednesday, this week.
The South African Weather Service (SAWS) said due to the front’s association with an upper air trough, strong gale force winds can be expected.
North to north westerly winds could reach a maximum of 95km/h.
SAWS said damage to formal and informal is possible, and longer travelling hours should be allocated for high- sided vehicles, especially on the N1 and N2.
The cold front is expected to head South of the country, which could result in higher waves, between Saldanha Bay and Cape Agulhas, until Sunday.
