Bodies believed to be those of missing police officers, were found in the Hennops River on Tuesday.
This follows an investigation into the whereabouts of Constable Linda Cebekhulu (24), Constable Keamogetswe Buys (30) and Constable Boipelo Senoge (20).
The three were last seen on Wednesday the 23rd April 2025, near the Grasmere Toll Plaza.
Police recovered their bodies found in the Hennops River.
Brigadier Athlenda Mathe, Spokesperson of the police, said the car the three were using, has not been found as yet.
Two other bodies were found along the river.
Mathe also said families of the deceased were informed and are on their way to the scene, with the Police Chaplain and the Health and Safety Unit.
