Brent crude prices have risen above $100 per barrel, due to the Middle East War.
Month-end data from the Central Energy Fund (CEF) has forecast more increases for October.
This is also due to a weaker South African rand against the US dollar.
CEF reports predict a slight increase by R1.81 per litre, for Petrol 93 and Petrol 95.
Diesel (0.05% wholesale) is expected to climb by R1.73 per litre.
Illuminating Paraffin could increase by about R2.08 per litre.
