A dehorned rhino cow and her two year old calf were killed by poachers at Kariega nature reserve, in the Eastern Cape.
The reserve confirmed the incident over the weekend.
“We are devastated to let our community know that we have suffered a poaching attack…Due to the ongoing investigation we cannot share any more information” said the reserve on its various social media platforms.
The Reserve also committed to fuel anger caused by the attack, to fight to save rhino.
