The full moon or Harvest Moon, is expected to peak at 08:54.
A Penumbral Lunar Eclipse will also be visible from SA on the 14th of March 2025.
It is expected to start at 05:57, to reach maximum for Cape Town at 06:33 but is scheduled to end at 06:43 for the rest of the country.
The next total lunar eclipse (partial in SA) will be the 7th of September 2025 and the next total solar eclipse (partial in SA) will be on 17 February 2026.
