Most of Joburg’s water systems have recovered from the weekend’s demand.
Johannesburg Water (JW) confirmed a few systems still face difficulties, including the Commando, the Crosby, Brixton, Soweto systems, Midrand Systems, Grand Central, President Park and Diepsloot reservoir.
In most areas, lower lying areas are receiving water, but higher lying areas are not.
JW said it would monitor the systems and implement necessary interventions to stabilize supply.
