The City of Tshwane named areas taking up a chunk of the City’s water.
Households in these areas, use more than 25 Kilolitres per month.
Leading the list is Atteridgeville, Eldoraigne, Hammanskraal West, Laudium, Lotus Gardens, Mamelodi, Nellmapius, New Eesterust, Soshanguve South and Winterveld.
The City said in a letter to residents, “if consumption is not reduced immediately, we face a high risk of low pressure or potential supply outage.”
