Vietnam is expected to have more flooding from tropical storm #18W.
The system formed in an unusual location, just East South East of Vietnam.
It has maximum sustained winds of an estimated 45 kilometres an hour.
Meteorologists say the system will move erratically during the next few days, to affect northeastern Vietnam, southern China, and the Hainan Island.
Vietnam’s agriculture land is submerged, following typhoon Narra on Saturday.
Crops were damaged, in Lang Son, Bac Ninh and Quang Ninh, while landslides disturbed the move of traffic in Lang Son.
There has been over 600mm of rain brought by Narra.
Three people were reported dead as a result of the storm.
More than 47,300 people, have had to be evacuated while two more are still missing.
