About 25 people lost their lives in mudslides caused by heavy rains since last Thursday, in Arequipa, Peru.
15 of the total amount, died during an evacuation, when a Peruvian Air Force (FAP) helicopter crashed.
Mudslides gushed down homes, roads and left thousands displaced.
Authorities are assessing the extent of the damage.

Over 3 feet of snow was recorded in parts of Rhode Island, Maine.
This follows nine and a half inches of snowfall in just 24 hours, beating the previous record of 8,2 back in 1915.
Most snowfall is at T.F. Green Airport (32.8 inches), which breaks the city’s all-time snowstorm record.
