Most areas in Tshwane might have interrupted water supply on Friday, the 06th December 2024, from 8am until 4pm.
This is due to planned maintenance of infrastructure at Rand Water’s Mapleton System.
The City of Tshwane said the facility belongs to Rand Water, and maintenance aims to improve the system’s reliability and efficiency.
The City plans to fill affected reservoirs to 80% capacity a few days before Friday.
In addition, tankers are expected to supply water, should the need arise.
