Southern African Cluster Ministers responsible for Meteorology, Transport, ICT and information are scheduled to meet in Harare, Zimbabwe, on Friday the 28th February 2025.
The meeting is expected to review policies, regulatory frameworks and programmes implemented.
Hot on the agenda, is the review of regional infrastructure projects, expected to boost economic growth.
The Ministers are also expected to create an integrated network of transport, ICT, Meteorology and information.
Dr Tatenda Mavetera, Minister of ICT in Zimbabwe, said integration will be reviewed in line with the SADC Regional Indicative Strategic Development Plan to 2030, the short – term plan and the Regional Infrastructure Development Master Pam to 2027.
