She also said early warnings assisted preparations ahead of the heavy rains.
Worst affected wards- 21- 54,55, 59 and 60 in Motherwell, 51 & 52 in Kariega, Walmer, KwaNobuhle, Grogro, FairView, New Brighton and Veeplaas.
