The South African Weather Service (SAWS) warned against disruptive snow (at level 2) over the north-eastern parts of the Eastern Cape, near the Lesotho border, from Thursday.
Severe thunderstorms with heavy downpours (at level 1) are expected over the central and eastern parts of the Eastern Cape.
Disruptive winds and waves (level 2) are expected between Cape Agulhas and Port Edward into Friday.
