The Loskop Regional Bulk Water Scheme in Mpumalanga Provincial Government, is 88% complete.
This emerged at an oversight visit on Wednesday, by the Deputy Director-General (DDG) of the Department of Water Affairs and Sanitation, Dr. Risimati Mathye (PhD).
The scheme is expected to provide bulk water supply to an estimated 54,000 households in Moutse, Sekhukhune District in Limpopo and the Thembisile Hani district, including Kwaggafontein, in Mpumalanga.
The Department said this investment is expected “to make a real difference in people’s daily lives by bringing reliable water closer to homes and communities and supporting better living conditions and local development.”
