A fire at the China Square, located next to China Mall on Production Road, Amalgam, Johannesburg, on Friday evening, destroyed parts of the mall.
The City of Johannesburg’s Emergency Services (EMS) said firefighters contained the fire in the early hours of Saturday.
Robert Mulaudzi, Spokesperson of EMS, said there were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
