A fire broke out close to Charters Towers at commercial premises on Lynd Highway, Toll, Benoni, on Tuesday afternoon.
Fidelity Secure said its crews responded to the fire, alongside the local municipal service.
The fire had burnt a large amount of tyres.
The crews battled intense heat, heavy smoke, until the fire was contained.
No casualties were reported as a result of the fire.
