Another blaze ripped through Plastic View in Tshwane, on Thursday evening.
This follows an angry fire on Sunday, which left hundreds displaced.
Dr Nandiphi Moya, Mayor of Tshwane, said teams were informed about the fire around 7pm.
She also confirmed the fire was extinguished, and crews are busy damping down smouldering ashes.
“The area affected is bigger than the Sunday incident. SAPS and Pathology Services are on the scene” said Moya.
She also said relief work will be activated by the Departments of Human Settlements and Social Development Services.
In another incident, some 200 electrical poles were burnt down, at the City of Tshwane’s Soshanguve Depot on Thursday evening.
But firefighters acted swiftly to contain the blaze from spreading to a nearby depot where there is a diesel storage area with fuel tankers.
