Loadshedding is suspended as from 5:00am on Wednesday, 26 February 2025.
Eskom announced the decision of the suspension on Tuesday evening, following a successful recovery of generation capacity and progress in replenishing emergency reserves.
Eskom’s Daphne Mokwena, said ongoing planned maintenance is now at 6,660 Megawatts (MW).
