A search and rescue operation for a missing person is underway in the Gonubie River, part of the Buffalo Bay Municipality, in the Eastern Cape.
The person allegedly tried to cross a full river.
Search and rescue teams have been at it, since the news broke this week on Thursday.
Earlier this week,Police and Emergency services in East London, in the Eastern Cape, found a body washed out onto the Nahoon Beach.
