The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) has obtained an order to freeze the sale or transfer of an agricultural holding, based in Centurion, this week.
The property was bought by Black Tshisimba (Pty) Ltd, a company owned by Collin Tshisimba, with funds (R17,5 million) meant for community development initiatives.
Kaizer Kganyago, SIU spokesperson, said key findings of the investigation, include the payment of R3 million to Thwala Front CC, owned by Fhulufhelo Kharivhe, Tshisimba’s partner, within days of receiving NLC funds.
Close to 60% of the funds (R8 million) were transferred to companies controlled by respondents, despite their lack of affiliation with Black Tshisimba (Pty) Ltd.
