Typhoon Dolphin is intensifying over open waters in the Northwest Pacific Ocean.

The Joint Typhoon Warning Center said the system originated northeast of the Marshall Islands and is moving west-northwestward, with wind speed of up to 155 km/h.

It is expected to land in the Wake Island by Friday, July 31, 2026.

It is then expected to move towards Japan.
