62 people are dead while about 600 are trapped in a shopping mall in the town of Aldaia, following floods that swept through the Valencia community in Spain on Tuesday.

About 13 inches of rain in just 4 hours, was measured in Valencia.

Several areas were affected by floods, including Alzira, Gandia and Catadau, which destroyed key roads.
The A3 near the exit to Av.del Cid exit, and parts of the A-section of the A7 highway.

About 10 flights were canceled at Valencia Airport, while the rest of the flights were redirected elsewhere.
On Tuesday, a bullet train travelling between Madrid and Valencia, carrying 300 people was also derailed.

Rain is expected to continue into Thursday.
