Greencoat Renewables is expected to list on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) on Monday, 9 June.
GreenCoat has a market capitalisation of €850 million, with a current dividend yield of c9% and a dividend cover of c.1.x to 2029.
The company said the significance of this secondary listing on the JSE’s Alternative Exchange, marks an important milestone for the business, allowing access to a wider pool of international capital.

The company is also listed on the Euronext Growth Dublin and the AIM in London.
