Rand Water is launching a water wise campaign, over two days, at the Hector Pieterson Museum, in Orlando West, from the 30th until the 31st October 2025.

Through the campaign titled “Drop by drop” the water utility, hopes to find solutions for areas identified as high water users.

Various stakeholders, including residents, will be engaged through dialogue and demonstrations.

A special Youth Water Challenge will form part of day1, showcasing innovative designs of water saving solutions and water wise business practices.

In a statement, Rand Water said “the Drop by Drop Water Conservation Outreach, is about building skills, ownership and confidence. By equipping households with tools and knowledge to act, the program aims to ensure that empowerment continues long after the event concludes.”
