As a result, some areas in the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria, were evacuated.
12 municipalities in Austria, were declared disaster zones.
Floods in the Waldviertel region, are expected to reach record highs, since the start of this century.
High water levels in the Czech Republic, as a result of a full Elbe River, flooded 35 areas, damaging over 60,000 households.
More flooding is expected to peak in Prague on Sunday.
Poland’s Krakow city, is also heavily flooded, so is Eastern and southern Germany.
