E-hailing drivers, confirmed a shutdown on Tuesday in Gauteng.
Amidst some of the grievances of the group, are acts of intimidation and violence against their services, referring to recent incidents in Tembisa.
In addition, drivers have expressed concern about low earnings and demand better working conditions.
But one group -Shesha Ride, said it is not part of the shutdown.
